Year 2026
Location London, UK
Special thanks Alice, Jasmine
the client.
In Crystal Palace, London, there is a special café and plant shop called Ivy & the Wolf. Colorful, bright and filled with unusual plants, amazing matcha drinks and other nice things, this place is a treat to visit any day.
Founded and owned by Sanne, who recently rebuild and restyled the space, having taken over the café a few months before. Also recently restyled was the brand itself: new colors, logo suite and custom assets.
Re-introduce Iy & the Wolf to its regulars, while opening the door to new customers across London.
We created a focused promo content package built around one core story: a fully scripted hero film, supported by social edits, vertical food and drink videos, and a photography series featuring both customers and the menu. The aim was to capture the playful and bright character of the shop and make it feel worth stepping into again (or for the first time).
Alongside this the website was redesigned. Visually playful and colourful to reflect the energy of the space. Navigation was kept intentionally simple, guiding visitors quickly to the information they are looking for, and easy access to the workshops.
the brief.
the concept.
Sometimes the simplest things are the best. Good coffee, healthy plants, and nice things. That’s the world of Ivy & the Wolf.
The promo leans into that damn-that’s-good feeling by starting somewhere flat and familiar, then shifting instantly into the shop. A small, heightened break from reality that reflects why people go there in the first place.
Alice, a regular, moves through the space in a single flow. She leaves with a new plant and a coffee, and the shift is complete.
Simple, visual, and emotionally clear. A story that fits the brand, adds direction, and lets the place speak for itself.
photography.
The direction was simple: this is what I got.
A short photo series featuring real customers and what they walked away with, paired with close-ups of Ivy & the Wolf’s signature drinks and bites. Personal, immediate, and easy to read.
Flash photography gave the images a stylised, candid edge, capturing people mid-moment and letting their personalities come through. Alongside this, we shot the menu favourites in the same visual language, creating a natural pairing between people and product.
Unpolished in the right way. Familiar, honest, and true to the rhythm of the café.
storyboarding.
Working with storyboards gives everyone involved in the project clarity about what is being shot and what the end product could look like. In storyboarding, the possibilities are endless, before committing your investment.
For this project the time was short and the shoot location dynamic, so creating a detailled storyboard was a real lifesaver and allowed us to work efficiently and keep time to try different things.
We meet our main character feeling flat and low on energy. A dead plant and an empty cup set the tone. As they sink onto the couch, the scene shifts and they suddenly find themselves inside Ivy and the Wolf, now both plant shop and café, and sense of exploration starts the adventure.

coffee, plants and nice things.
We also created loads of social assets for them to use as is or compose and edit themselves as needed, and mix and match all the content across channels like Instagram, Tik Tok and the main website.
social content.
webdesign.
Every brand needs an online home. The website for Ivy and the Wolf is colorful, fun and functional.
Using the brand illustrations and playing with the color palette it’s a true representation of the brand and personality of the business and it’s owner.
